On Friday evening a few of this year’s #BloodBikesGNR team held a fundraising night at the Derwent Manor Hotel. The event included a lovely three course meal, a quick game of bingo, tombola, raffle and live entertainment from the fantastic Random Numbers. It proved a great success with the team raising just over £1200. 

We’d like to say a huge thank you to the hotel for accommodating us, the band for providing two brilliant sets of music, all of the companies and individuals who donated prizes, everyone who attended the event or purchased raffle tickets and of course the team of organisers for all of the hard work that went into the night (and we’d like to wish them the best of luck for the Great North Run in 5 weeks time).
