Uniforms

The professional image presented by our members significantly improves the way our charity and our work is regarded by the organisations we serve and the general public who help fund us.  A smart professional appearance increases public perception and also gives a recognisable identity that helps to promote public trust and confidence.

When representing the group, we ask that members wear black trouser/skirt and shoes along with a Northumbria Blood Bikes polo shirt (image 1) or dress shirt (image 2)

When fundraising you will normally be provided with a hi viz waistcoat (image 3) to wear.

Riders must have their own protective motorcycle clothing including: black motorcycle boots, black motorcycle trousers, motorcycle jacket (preferebly black), gloves etc and they are expected to use their own white helmet. A plain coloured helmet with no markings (stickers or decals) is acceptable until you renew your old one.  We provide a High-Visibility riders jacket (image 4) although we ask for a (returnable) £20 deposit.
